Here's the very reason (Dave Kinney) Brady Lake Village has NO crime watch meetings any longer. This guy has told so many lies to keep his BLV job,no honest BLV resident could ever trust him again.

Not only is police chief Kinney way over weight,he's way over his limit on lies for 1 year.
He's as full of shit as he looks.
Kinney's had more than a years worth of his lying, more like most folks in a lifetime.
I figure if you can lie under oath your not worth a lizard's pecker.
Although, I should note, he didn't do well at his lying in court, he did't fool anyone.
The ruling was not in his favor.
The ruling concerned the fact that one is supposed to stop within 100 feet of seeing the police lights.
Dan Boyle could have said he didn't see the lights but he chose to be truthful.
Who's the better man?
Brady Lake BS-You wouldn't be referring to Brady Lake council meetings, would you?
Or the zoning inspector, would you?
Or the police department, especially the chief, would you?
Or would you be referring to the mayor?
Or, possibly the clerk and all her employees (family)?

You're kinda between a rock and a hard place.
You probably would not want to charge the black SUV you stopped at approximately 12:46 PM today but I think you have to now that you yourself has set precedence.
And, don't forget the "Failure to Comply" charge just like Boyle, over 100 feet you know!
We'll be checking, after all, you may have thought that you were just answerable to the clerk, when in actuality, you are responsible and answerable to us, the taxpayers!
